I wake up. There is something wrapped around my head that extends to my eyes. I tried to remove the bandage but I can’t find the clip.
“Good morning Mr. Cruz! Please don’t removed the bandage. You just went through an accident last night. Do you remember anything about what happened?” asked by female nurse who I think stands beside me.
“I’m not sure. All I can recall is that I was getting a coffee at the Starbucks and then going back to my car.” I said as I tried to remember what happened.
“Well, that might be the result of the concussion. It’ll heal eventually.” the nurse explained.
“You were involved in a high speed collision with the police. Apparently, you were harboring a terrorist in your car. He died and the police are trying to find out your connection with him since your background doesn’t fits your actions that night.”
“I don’t know. All I can remember is being in that parking lot. That’s all.” I said as my eyes start to hurt. “Urrrghh! Why does my eyes hurt? Why can’t I see?” I asked the nurse as I try to scratch my eyes that’s itching.
“After the accident, both you and the suspected terrorist were rushed here. He was dead on arrival and you were suffering tremendous injuries like broken bones and lacerations. Since you wear your eyeglasses, the shards of your glasses struck your eyes and damaged it.” she explains while guiding me to recline on the bed.
“You were lucky that it can be fixed by surgery and we have an available organ so the doctors did their best to fix you up. Now rest for a while so that the sedative can do its work.”
I listened as she droned on and on until I fell asleep. I was released a week after and they also removed the bandage in my face and told me that my eyes are still healing. They give me a black sunglasses to protect my eyes while it’s still adjusting to the new light. I walked out of my ophthalmologist’ office and saw a policeman waiting outside. He saw me looking at him and immediately approached me.
“Mr. Cruz, I’m PO2 Guevara. I was assigned to accompany you to the station and ask you about what happened last night.” He says as he extend his hand for a handshake.
I shaked his hand. He gave me a firm shake and we went to the police vehicle. I can smell his perfume from the back seat. I sat silently at the back seat as I bask in his manly scent while trying to hide my growing hard on.
“Can we stop by a pharmacy first before we go to the station?” I asked as I showed him the prescription. He looked back for a moment.
“Sure.” He replied.
The moment we stopped at the pharmacy, my eyes throbbed like hell as if it was burning inside my sockets. I lost my balance as I opened the door and fall to the group.
I tried to get up on my own and found my sunglasses broken beneath me. Officer Guevarra assist me as I stand up as I opened my eyes and was momentarily blinded by seeing through my new eyes. Suddenly, the pain disappeared and I felt relief.
“Are you okay? What happened?” Officer Guevarra asked as he looked at my face.
“Nothing. Don’t mind me. I just a clumsy guy.” I said as I looked in his deep brown eyes and tried to save myself from embarrassment.
“Yeah. You’re just clumsy” He replied with a sluggish voice.
“Okay. I’m just going to buy my medication. You can wait in the mobile.” I said.
“I will wait in the mobile” He replied again as he turn his back on me and sat in the mobile.
I went in to get my medication and immediately returned to the mobile. I saw him holding his phone while seating inside of it.
“Hey I’m done buying my meds. Where is the station located by the way?” I asked.
“I am currently stationed at Camp Crame.” He said in a flat out voice.
“Uhmm. Officer Guevarra, are you okay?” I asked as I looked at his face. It’s like he was dazed.
“Yes” He replied again.
An idea popped in my head but I’m not sure. Well I rather take my chances.
“Hey Officer Guevarra, what’s your full name?” I asked.
“I’m Benjamin Guevarra.” He replied.
“Can I call you Benj?”
“Yeah sure.”
“Can you get inside the mobile as fast as you can?”
The moment I finished asking, he sprinted to the driver’s seat and just sat there. I don’t know what is happening but I liked it. I entered the passenger seat and asked him.
“Do I really have to go to your station?”
“Yes. You are a suspected terrorist and I was asked to bring you in the moment that you’re okay to be in questioned.” He explained.
“So by that order, I can avoid it if I’ll tell them that I’m still recovering. Right Benj?” I asked.
“Yes.”
“Benj, will you do anything that I’ll asked from you?”
“If you want me to, yeah.” He replied.
WTF. It’s really happening right now. I need to play this cool. I must know how it happened and how long he will be like this did.
As I look into stoic face, I can’t help but fall for this hunk of a man. Maybe I’ll do those things later.
“Benj, take off your uniform.” I commanded.
“You will call your supervisor that I’m still not able to present myself at the station since I just got an eye surgery. You will tell them that you will escort me to my house so that you will know where to pick me up when I’m healthy enough for questioning.” I said.
He quickly dialed his supervisor and said exactly what I told him say. After he got his approval, he hung up the phone and looks at me.
“You will come with me inside my house and will obey every order or request that I will be giving. Once you entered the door, I will become your master and it will be your duty to attend to my heart’s content. Do you understand?”
“Yes”
“Good. But before we go, kiss me like I’m the one you truly love.”
And I felt his hands on my nape as he pulls me towards his sensual kiss.
